Black Bear Reserve Home Owners Association
The success of our community is directly related to the volunteer services of a large number of homeowners who remain involved. Select committees such as the Merger Committee, Architectural Review Board (ARB), Social Committee, “Road Warrior” Committee, Playground Committee, Fining Committee and Board of Directors represent the Homeowners’ Association, (BBRHOA) and donate their time and attention to issues that are important to our community.
The Board of Directors and the ARB have created a set of architectural guidelines for the homeowners, in accordance with BBRHOA Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions Article VII, to:
- Provide guidance and interpretations for the architectural guidelines contained in the BBRHOA’s Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
- Provide homeowners with application forms for their projects, and
- Provide assistance to homeowners in planning changes and creating change requests to help ensure their acceptance by the ARB.
There is now one Master community – BBRHOA – that serves all former sub-associations; The Village at Black Bear Reserve HOA (The Villages), The Lakes of Black Bear Reserve HOA (The Lakes), and Upson Downs of Black Bear Reserve HOA (Upson Downs).
